Hey!!

Yay!! its Almost Halloween and Susie and I have finally decided what we want to be- I am going to be Fez and she is going to be Jackie- both characters from the sitcom "That 70's Show". I still cant manage to copy his accent, but oh well =). The weather's reminded me a lot of home lately- with the clouds coming down the mountains and rainstorms and all. We're both very excited for the upcoming holidays!!

Wow!!

Holy Camole!! It has been a very long time and it seems I have alot to catch up on! Well- I'm married now! My wife, Susie, and I are currently in school , working, and looking to buy a home. We're both very excited and nervous at the same time because we both know it will be one of the biggest investments we can make in our lives (I say 'one' of, because we know that other things are alot more important-of course). So with that being said, we both look forward to keeping this blogging up!

Friday the 13th (Feb)

As an update- I've been going to school for about a month now and I'm really starting to enjoy it!! Th schedule is growing on me-get up early to hit the gym class, then a small break for breakfast and a quick chat with my buddies to see how things are hangnin, then its off to a linguistics class to learn about how and why we say things in English (and sometimes other languages too!). And then the rest of the day is spent studying for the classes that follow-Public Speaking and Math!. Its really cold here in Utah right now, snow's been a storm here and there, but its just the biting cold that gets to me!! When you walk outside you seem to almost feel or know that you can only be in it for so long before the clothes you have on will stop keeping you warm!....I hate it when you get into your car and you take a nice big whiff, and it stinks!! you look all around it for the culprit and you just cant find it!! it smells like an old gym sock, but your bags in the house!? ugh! I've tried the air fresheners, even my cologne! and nothing seems to cover up that fresh-butt smell! If anyone here has any suggestions, please let me know because summer is coming up and I would love to not have a car that smells like...whatever it is! LoL...i'll just have to drive with the windows down or something!.

-Seattle Trip-

For the past week or so I've been on vacation in Seattle, visiting family and getting to know my new nephews Dylan, Kai'o, and Lucas- all of which are the most adorable little guys I've ever seen. I feel prideful to say that I'm their uncle (lol),. Along with getting to know the newest family members, I've also been able to get out-n-around the areas of Snoqualmie and downtown Seattle- both being very fun spots to travel. Snoqualmie provides great forest hikes, amazing views, and an all around quiet environment! I sound like a tourist here, and I'm in my own state!..But Seattle, at least where my brother Brett lives (Queen Anne), also has amazing views of the city skyline and space needle! So far the best times have been- laughing with my family and having a good time. The long awaited hugs we were able to have-unforgettable. But its something else isn't it? After such a long time of not seeing each-other, and then seeing each-other again, its like we pick-up right where we left off at, like we hadn't even been apart. This trip, though be the first, definitely wont be the last, Until Next Time....
